What the planner stores

Your verified email, sign-in sessions, access dates, and the wedding information you save. Guest details may include names, RSVPs, meals, and dietary notes. Add only information you need for planning.

Who can access your wedding

You and the partner you approve can read and edit the same wedding. Other customers cannot open your plan. The operator and hosting providers may access stored data when needed to operate the service or resolve support issues.

Sign-in and service providers

We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign-in codes expire after five minutes. Cloudflare hosts the app and database; Resend delivers sign-in emails. The planner does not require a ChatGPT account or payment card.

Your choices

Download your plan from Account. The purchaser can remove partner access. When access expires, editing stops; your backup remains available while your data is retained. Expiration does not automatically delete your information.

For account correction or deletion, contact enjoynapavalley@gmail.com. Include your account email and order reference. Never send your sign-in code.
